2016 Nothing Stands in Our Way

I am writing this message having recently returned from Thomson Medical where my baby Nina was born. All is fine and Nina says hi!

As 2015 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to wish you and your family a happy holiday season as well as share my thoughts as we end what has been a significant year for Dpremium Division in Huttons.

This year can be summarized in a few words:” In face of all the challenges in 2015, we remained focused. It has been the strongest year in our Division’s history. Not only in sales but in resilience which could be seen in all. We set records in the number of new launches, namely North Park Residences, High Park Residences, Thomson Impression and to name a few. Despite the negativity in real estate, we chose to remain steadfast and focused on our key priority: Customer Needs.

2016 is a year of opportunity. Our group leaders got together and we all agreed to start this new year with greater clarity, a greater determination to succeed and a renewed commitment to improve our performance. In 2016, we will launch a Division Campaign named Dpremium @ Workz. This campaign focuses on six “Win Big” themes for our agents.

Our focus and strategy are clear: To better equip our warriors with skills to identify the opportunities in 2016, build better cohesiveness and simply
- Be Better.
While there is much work to do and there may be further challenges ahead, we end 2015 stronger and better able to serve our customers and clients.

I appreciate all of our Division teammates’ great work this year; it is because of you, and because we know we can do so much more than anyone else, that I have such great confidence in our future. Please enjoy our Singapore’s annual fireworks tonight, and let’s get right back to it in 2016.
